Netto is Rockman's operator, a NetNavi who was given to him by his father. He is lazy when it comes to his homework, but really likes Netbattles. The two of them fight evil organizations like World 3, Gospel, etc. In Axess, he joins the Net Saviors, protectors of the peace in the net, and has the ability to preform Cross Fusion (Fusion of Navi and their operator in the real world).
